To do that sort of thing in the firewall, you would have to move up to one of the newer 5500-X series with next generation firewall features and build a policy using Application Visibility and Control (AVC).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can do some crude controls with QoS - the configuration guide chapter on doing that is &lt;A href="http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/asa/asa91/asdm71/firewall/asdm_71_firewall_config/conns_qos.html"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
