    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am getting the below issue on Primary FMC,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;Degraded- Synchronization incomplete
( Database synchronization failed on the local Management Center , Database synchronization failed on the peer Management Center )&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Primary FMC&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Version - &lt;A href="https://protect-eu.mimecast.com/s/DsQcCY6zNsD1gBJ0uVLqE1" target="_blank"&gt;6.2.3.6&lt;/A&gt; (build 37)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Checked on FMC cli with&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;manage_HADC.pl and got the following output&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;SYNC_ACTIVE: 1 at /usr/local/sf/lib/perl/5.10.1/SF/Synchronize.pm line 465, &amp;lt;STDIN&amp;gt; line 1.

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there-&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This will most likely require troubleshooting from Cisco TAC. However, here are a few things to:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check both FMCs and see if you have any Firewalls/Sensors that are only registered on one of the FMCs but not both&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You should plan on upgrading your deployment to a recommended (Gold Starred) release. At the moment, 6.4.0.4 is the latest recommended release. However, if you are not ready to move to 6.4.0.x then you should at least move to the latest patch/maintenance release for 6.2.3&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We had a similar issue, and under guidance from Cisco TAC we were asked to CLI on to the secondary FMC and run 'manage_HADC.pl' and select option 6 (re-establish' mirror. This took about 10 minutes to complete but seemed to do the trick.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
