    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have installed Cisco Security&amp;nbsp; Manager 4.1 successfully but due to one windows update I have started facing as Issue. CSM Apache service is not able to start. It is giving error code 1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have also raised a case with Cisco TAC and as per ther recommendation reinstalled the CSM application but still not resolved&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please suggest.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt; Yes tried but server team was not ready to do it as they need confirmation that after unistalling the issue will be resolved or else server will have to be formated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does roll back will solve the problem??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
