Hi @ll,

i've an question regarding the L-CSACS-53VM-K9 License.

Due the Ordering Guide I bought 1* L-CSACS-5-BASE-LIC && 1* L-CSACS-53VM-K9 ( as option ).

I've activated the Licenses successful but i received only a "license file" based on my PAK Key.

The Ordering Guide shows i have to receive the license file and additional the software.

The Distribution can't help and refer to EULA.

Anybody how knows what exactly the above E-Delivery contains ?

You should get a license file in an email along with ACS software.

If you have a valid contract then you can download all the software and patches from the cisco.com site.
