Firepower refers to a suite of products: Firepower Management Center, Firepower Threat Defense devices, Firepower service modules on ASAs and classic Firepower devices (aka Sourcefire).

Which ones are you asking about?

Backing up my FTD configs / changes.

Either via FMC or otherwise.

When you will take backup in FMC use backup for Firepower management Centre

and what is the most important thing is with backup at the same time please take screenshot - In FMC click and help and click about and take screenshot of that information .

- Now when you will restore this backup that time you should check below information should match for successful restoration .
