Does anybody know, if bugs shown below, could be resolved with FMC 6.4.0.8?

Not according to the release notes nor either BugID (as of 2020-02-06).

If you want a projection of when a fix would be available or if there is an available hotfix, please open a TAC case.

According to the TAC it is supposed to be fixed in versions 6.4.0.10, 6.5.0.6, and 6.6.0.

I've been informed 6.5.0.6 is targeted to release on May Last week, while version 6.4.0.10 shall take one or two moths more (no release date yet for 6.6.0) - but please take it with a grain of salt.
