topic PIX firewall dynamic NAT bug? in Network Security

Hi,

We have a pix firewall that have some timeout issue when using dynamic NAT. This issue happens when we initiate an HTTP connection and assigned source ports between 1024-1028 to a remote site that uses TSP(cyberguard) firewall.

I don't have details of our PIX now and just hoping if this occured on some PIX in general.

Thanks in advance!

Vanskee

This document provides examples of basic Network Address Translation (NAT) and Port Address Translation (PAT) configurations on the Cisco PIX/ASA Security Appliances. Simplified network diagrams are provided.
