VPN HW client, unable to reach GUI & SSH.

Hello.

We have a hardware client connected to our network with software 4.7.2.L working with LAN extension.

We can ping but we are unable to reach GUI and SSH on public interface.

Any ideas!

have you checked the workstation ip address that could obtained a correct dhcp addresses (not APIPA) coming from the dhcp server? if it is correct then,
check the ip address of the workstation if it is correctly been configure to route packets to the other network/subnet.
check the policy or port filtering if you already have these enabled.

Let me clear out of what's going on to the accessibility, you mean to say that you were trying to access the GUI and SSH from the external network and it didn't display or can't be accessable, respectively? If that is so, then,

check your firewall inbound and outbound. It might be the port that being used by your GUI and SSH (Port 22) is not allowed.

You are right. I can reach the hardware client without any firewall. I have more than one clients and I can reach these without any problem from my workstation.

I'm going to replace it.
