High Transmit Percent Utilization

Hi all,

I am kinda new to Cisco ASA... and i have just recieved an alert from the monitoring team saying that there's an alert reading "High Transmit Percent Utilization>80% - on Adaptive Security Appliance 'outside' interface · Outside . So can someone help me to how to go about doing this.. like what i should check... what commands to execute on ASA.... and how to verify if the alert has been resolved...

If they told you that there is high utilization, chances are that they have netflow configured. You can use netflow to see if there is a machine that is transmitting a large set of data. you may also want to run the commands "show traffic" show interface (outside), show cpu usage. Just look at the Cisco troubleshooting document for additional help, but netflow and captures will be a good place to start-
