Blank Events in Security Monitor (VMS MC 2.3)

All our IDS 4x and 5x are receiving traffic, but when loading Events from Security Monitor, we only get a screen with row, column etc but no data.

Connection status shows active on all sensors.

Any ideas, what is causing this and your advice on how to fix it would be appreciated.

Simone

First open IDM and make sure you are seeing events or from the cli run the command show events.

If you are not seeing events on the sensor itself will explain why you are not seeing them in SecMon.

If events are showing up on the actual sensor make sure when you added a device within SecMon you have selected the correct Minimum Event Level, using the correct Web Port/Encryption that was set up on the sensor, and that user/passwd is correct.
