Multiple VPNs over same NATted IP?

We have the problem of multiple VPNs connected by UMTS-Routers to our RV042. Often our provider routes different UMTS-connections through ONE public ip-address, so that some Remotegateways on our VPN-Router show the same ip-address. Only one remotegateway really has access to our network, while the other are shown as connected, but without possible traffic. Is the assumption true, that our rv042-router can't distinguish between the different remotegateways and therefore only 1 connection is operating? And is there a way to establish simultaneous connections despite of the same ip? The port must be different...

Any help appreciated!
