    <description>&lt;P&gt;Folks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;      I am looking at the log files in my VMS server and they are much bigger in size than the recommended values, am i use to manual clean them up or can i automate the process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
