i have FTD 4120 where MGMT interface available to manage Chassis.

can i assign that MGMT interface to other onboard available interface

Actually , Firepower 4100 series MGMT interface is only for Chassis Management. If you create any logical devices ( ex: ASA or FTD) on the chassis you have to use one of the data interface as a management interface for logical devices ( interface type should be change to mgmt. before assigning to the Logical devices. hope this helps.
