Error, please help!!!!

whenever I do "sh run", I get nothing.

If I do "show start", I get the following

error:

C2621#sh start

Using 10783 out of 29688 bytes, uncompressed size = 25550 bytes

%No memory availableCouldn't uncompress config (-1)

%Error opening nvram:/startup-config (Uncompression Failed)

Basically, I can not see the running

config and start-up configuration unless

I reboot the router (IOS with Firewall

Feature set). Anyone know why?

I delete the nvram:private-config but it does not help. Can anyone help?

It just started recently. NO IOS upgrade.

Hi,

what about switch functionality. It is clear that show start and show run commands are not displaying configuration.

what about other commands and switch functionality.

The router is working and passing traffics

just fine. Other commands such as "show

interface" and "reload" work. After

about 2 hours, I can not even telnet/ssh

into the router anymore and it required

a power OFF/ON.

Hi,

Are you able to capture the log/console messages during problem.

Please post your tech support file.

If possible try with different IOS image even the current IOS worked fine for quiet some time.
