Windows Remote access VPN

I have configured reomote access VPN in my CISCO ASA 5520 version 7.2.It's working fine in cisco client but not working for windows client using L2TP over IPSec.

I have configured it through ASDM

VPN WIZARD>Remote access VPN>select Microsoft windows client>given preshared key>authenticate using local database>given username & password>address pool>IKE policy>IPSec policy......

Please guide me into this matter..

You have to check usernames and passwords. Also verify that connection policies are being met.

After checking the credentials please go to Configuration | System | Servers | Authentication and run a Test authentication again.
