ASDM HTTP access error

Hi,

I have two ASA5520 in a current, operational failover configuration.

I am trying to enable http access so that I can use ASDM to monitor health & logs.

Both appliances have are running 8.0(2) and have ASDM-6.2 loaded. See below;

boot system disk0:/asa802-k8.bin

boot system disk0:/asa722-k8.bin

boot system disk0:/asa704-k8.bin

asdm image disk0:/asdm-602.bin

However, when I try to allow access to the appliance from a specific subnet using...

http 10.1.1.0 255.255.255.0 Corporate

I get this error...

ASA1(config)# http 10.1.1.0 255.255.255.0 Corporate

Could not start admin

ASA1(config)#

Has anyone seen this "coiuld not start admin" error before?

congratulations...it sounds like you hit a known bug.
