    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a PIX Firewall 515E with version 8.0.2 and ASDM 6.0.2 and I have a problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I enabled the Top Usage Status (Top 10 Services / Top 10 Sources / Top 10 Destinations) in the 'Firewall Dashboard' menu and now the Memory Utilization is very high.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not know how to stop these features.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you help me?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;you need to disable in the pix command line:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no threat-detection statistics protocol&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;that should reduce the RAM usage..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if that doesn't reduce it enough for you, then type:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sho run | inc threat&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the output will show you all of the "threat-detection" commands.. disable one at a time.. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but think that the "threat-detection statistics protocol" is the memory hog&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rob Nockowitz&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CCIE #15410&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, there are a few memory leak bugs filed for 8.0(2) and 8.0(3). If you want to re-enable threat-detection in the future, I would recommend an upgrade first so you can get the fixes for the memory leaks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Mike&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
