How to market CISCO IPS 4255 appliances and how to beat McAfee IPS or compare with other IPS products such as McAfee, ISS , Symantec and CyberGuard.

Just tell me that Virtual IPS feature is available in Cisco IPS-4255 or not? If yes so how many virtual IPS we can configure?

I believe for your purposes, the answer should be "No".

The IPS 5.0 software has the concept of virtual sensor's but only supports a single instance, vs0, at this time.
