topic Different users with different VPN access in Network Security

I have a PIX 515E.

I have about 5 users who need to VPN. They all come in just fine, and hit devices on the 192.168.7.x network.

Now I have a user who needs to be able to map a drive to a 192.168.10.x network. Because I only want HIM to be able to hit the 10.x network, I don't want to just blanketly open the PIX to all networks.

How would I do it so everyone else keeps getting access to the 7.x network, but only Jim has access to the 10.x network??

Much thanks in advance.
