Hi ,

this morning , I tried to access one of my firewall via https and during to config load , it crashed and the pdm gave me some alert and I had to close IE

Now I can't connect anymore . It does't even go to the login promp via telnet.

Is there anything to do apart from reloading ?

does the os think I am still logged in ? Is there a command to clear the sessions via console port ?

Thanks

David, since you cannot telnet or http to the pix anymore , you are going to need to connect via console port to find out what is wrong, it could be anything. Try connecting to console port and see if you can login that way , also can you post the code version you are running, is this issue just happened once or serveral times? is the pix still passing trffic?

Jorge
