is their a way on the TrendMicro Interscan, for Cisco CSC SSM module, to white list a certain file so that it wont be scanned?

I am currently running the CSC to inspect all of my traffic and i have encountered a problem when a remote vpn network connects to our IP cameras... theY are experiencing an error on the .ocx file, an active x control module, that is needed to run for them to view the camera.

can someone please advise on how to exempt or whitelist the .ocx file so that it will be allowed to run on the network?

thanks

There is no whitelist that can be given to Trendmicro Interscan however there is a list that it uses to scan matching files. Under the Web HTTP > File blocking section make sure that .ocx extension is not specified. Also make sure that your file should be able to pass other scan that it may go though, for example check for the FTP rules.
