IDS RealTime Dashboard not functioning

Under IEV I selected Tools>RealTime Dashboard>Launch Dashboard, and the Relatime Dashboard panel gets opened, but no event gets diaplayed.

This occour even if sensor command "sh ev" shows that events are being logged by the sensor, and IEV default views also shows those events.

Please also note that sensor connection status is "subscription succesfully opened", and autorefresh interval is set to 1 minute.

Have you got any suggestion ?

Was it working well before ? Did you change any config ? or is it not working since you installed.

It has never worked. But it is the only function of IEV which does not work. In fact IEV views show that events arrive.

Please also check if those are only "Informational" alarms. By default settings, informational alarms will not be shown in IEV's realtime dashboard although you can change the settings.

You can also try "Reconnect" in the dashboard and see if alarms start coming.

Inside IEV, open Tools-> Realtime Dashboard->Properties panel.

Under the top section - "Exclude alerts of the following severity level(s)",

Uncheck "Informational" check box.

Then click Apply.

The informational alarms will then be shown in the dashboard.
