      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have also seen this symptom soon after the server has been reloaded. If the DB is large then it usually takes just a few minutes before you are able to access the event viewer from SecMon. i usually just try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
