Problem loading SDM2.2

when tryin to load SDM or a router

i get this error

"RPC is denied thought the connected interface update cannot proceed" this is after the correcte authentication to the devices and selecting the SDM(or SDM express) to be loaded

when tryin to use the PC sdm to access a router with no SDM, I get succesfull authetication but right after that I get a new window with HTML code.

any ideas?

Hi,

For the problem you are facing when installing SDM on router, it is due to an IOS issue. You can download the latest SDM , SDM 2.3, from CCO which contains the fix for it.

For your second issue (HTML code),

You need to go to IE's Tools/Internet Options and click the Advanced tab, scroll down to Security section, and check "Allow active contents to run in files on My Computer". Then close IE and relaunch SDM.
