nsdb does not function for local server after update to ipsmc/secmon 2.1

After upgrading to ipsmc 2.1 and SecMon 2.1, I noticed that the nsdb no longer points to the local server but rather to the cco web pages by default.

I changed the option back to the local pages but there appears to be a broken link. After requesting the information for any signature from the nsdb, I receive an error HTTP 404 - File not found.

Is any one else seeing these issues?
