      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to reinstall the MC for CSA, but I receive this error all the time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have already tried to reinstall the SQL MSDE but nothing change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone know what I could do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>
