topic Lotus Notes / CSA in Network Security

Customer received the following error

Severity: Warning

The user was queried when the program 'D:\notes\NLNOTES.EXE'

(as user ****\*************) was trying to capture all keystrokes.

The user chose 'No'.

The CSA server agent is version 4.x running on a NT Server.

I realize that this is part of the Trojan Detection Rule functionality. I alson know you can create an exception for this application within the rule. An explanation has already been provided to the customer from a TAC engineer, who is also a security CCIE. Of course the user was not satisfied with the explanation and wanted more information. A virus scan as well as a spyware scan has been ran on the server and come up clean. The customers concern is that this error was not reported on similar boxes running the same application with, "supposedly", the same CSA settings.

He also mentioned that the only difference between this box and the similar boxes was that this one was also running PC Anywhere.

Any suggestions
