topic Lotus Notes / CSA in Network Security https://community.cisco.com/t5/network-security/lotus-notes-csa/m-p/320772#M99498 <P>Customer received the following error</P><P></P><P>Severity: Warning </P><P>The user was queried when the program 'D:\notes\NLNOTES.EXE' </P><P>(as user ****\*************) was trying to capture all keystrokes. </P><P>The user chose 'No'.</P><P></P><P>The CSA server agent is version 4.x running on a NT Server.</P><P></P><P></P><P>I realize that this is part of the Trojan Detection Rule functionality. I alson know you can create an exception for this application within the rule. An explanation has already been provided to the customer from a TAC engineer, who is also a security CCIE. Of course the user was not satisfied with the explanation and wanted more information. A virus scan as well as a spyware scan has been ran on the server and come up clean.
