    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear all .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using ciscoworks vms 2.2 for monitoring nids alerts , csa alerts . this is very slow  and im nt able to see csa alerts. i mean tht window is nt opening , due to some apache web agent problem. now i want to uninstall this vms2.2 and reinstall it. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so can anybody tell me wht files i need to backup. as im unable to see csa alerts page at all. from when can i take all the database backup .       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;The two databases to be concerned with are the Sybase database for Common Services and IDS MC (usually under C:\Program Files\CSCOpx\MDC\backup) and the CSA database.  The CSA MC backups are not configured by default, so you'll need to try to determine where it's backing up to.  When restoring the Sybase database, I don't believe any user accounts are retained so you will have to re-create those.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
