Provision device failed - Error code NCSO20070

Hi all,

I'm running DNAC ver 2.2.2.8 and after upgrading the DNAC to 2.2.2.8 I can't provision my fusion router (ISR4331, 16.12.05).

The ISR4K was already configured and everything was working fine until the upgrade.

The error I get is: Invalid configuration on device: <device name>. One or more CLI(s) present on device must be removed prior provision: aaa server radius dynamic-author, aaa group server radius dnac-group, radius server groupName, tacacs server groupName, aaa group server tacacs+ dnac-group, aaa accounting settings.

Hi,

It seems like you are trying to push some network AAA intent to a device that is already configured with AAA(by DNAC or manually).

Either remove the AAA configuration shown in the error message, or create a TAC case and let them help you with the cleanup.

Hello,

Does this have any preconfigured related to Radius server? If not, try resynchronizing this switch before processing provisioning.
