Borders upgrade problem with EWLC

Hello

We recently encountered a problem with upgrading Border devices which are running EWLC with HA. We are not able to start software distribution because devices did not pass prechecks (N+1 check failed, please see attachment). Wireless configuration looks as follows:
Border1
Floor 1 - primary
Floor 2 - secondary
Border2
Floor 1 - secondary
Floor 2 - primary
We tried to change setup that B1 was primary on floor1 and floor2 and B2 was secondary for both floors however it didnt help at all. Same error appeared.

DNAC version: 2.2.3.5
Border version: 17.6.2

What needs to be done to perform successful upgrade on borders with EWLC enabled? Is there any way to skip that check or do some manual failover that standby border can be upgraded?
