Hi Salvatore, there is a popup saying configuraiton has failed, which is true because the switch cannot be configured, but still the switch is removed from fabric. Proceed as if the switch was online. For example, in my lab I power off Extended Node, then I clear port assignments (error saying configuration failed), then remove the Extended Node from fabric (another error saying configuration failed), and finally I delete the switch from inventory.

Hello,

I have an 8-port switch (c9200) which is no longer connected to the fabric.

It's currently at my workplace.

Can I still delete the switch from the fabric and inventory even though it is no longer connected?

When I try this, I always get an error message saying that the switch is unreachable.

Is there a solution or other workaround for this?

The problem is that the factory is in a different location.

Regards

Salvatore
