Can I now create or delete port channels between the fabric broder ports and the fusion ASA(HA active/standby mode) uplinks?

Is the ASA in your case inline ? Is it acting as the fusion router ?

not yet.

but my customer want to deploy ASA as a fusion router.

Today the Cisco DNA Center UI does not allow port-channel creation on the UI on the Border.

That needs to be manually created on the Border. Force a resync on the Border in the inventory.

The port channel will show up in the dropdown list when you are picking the border interface for IP handoff
