I have a basic question.

After deploying an sd access campus network using dnac , should I always use dnac to make configuration changes or can I make changes directly on the cli ?

And if I do what is the possible impact

On the fabric setup ?

Yes.. We recommend all configuration through DNAC.. Please use Template editor for any non fabric configurations.

If i still make changes on any device using the cli, is the device state going to change to unmanaged ?

Not really... The device will continue to stay in a Managed state... If Syslogs or traps are enabled to DNAC, then the moment there is a config change, the device will initiate resync or admin can manually resync from the inventory page.
