Hi guys!!

I have an error in my DNAC installation, after switch to 2.x version... all devices WS-c2960s... are detected as 2960-X/XR series, so the Software Images menu show all switches of this models in OUTDATED state... because the IOS for 2960X is different... but the error is the family series detected to this models/devices and my switches are updated.

Do you know about this error? Many Thanks!!

Update your DNAC with 2.1.2.3 a new bug fix release for 2.1.2.0. Let me know if you face then

Also check the supported devices with DNAC 2.1.2.x and the recommended IOS version required.

The 2960S is not supported in 2.1.2.X that's the reason why you can have this issue.
