    <description>&lt;P&gt;I would highly recommend reach out to TAC. However, one thing you could try yourself would be to restart tomcat services and see if that helps. You would need to log into the SMC via SSH and issue the command "&lt;SPAN class="SpellingError SCXO231687089 BCX8"&gt;systemctl&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="NormalTextRun SCXO231687089 BCX8"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;restart lc-tomcat". Alternatively, reloading the SMC will restart all its services.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
