Stealthwatch Flow Sensor- How to reset GUI admin password

Hello,

How can we reset the password of the admin account that is used to login to GUI of flow-sensor ?

Any script or linux file to manipulate ?

Tried to do the recoverpassword command in the GRUB. The sysadmin and root did default but the web GUI for the flow collector did not default back. Still no answer from Cisco how to fix. Device is up and running.

Got an answer from Cisco:

SSH as root to the FC appliance then run these commands:

systemctl stop LCOrchestrate.service
systemctl stop lc-tomcat.service
cd /lancope/var/database/dbs/hsqldb/admin
rm -rf admin.*
systemctl start LCOrchestrate.service

systemctl start lc-tomcat.service

Worked great for me, pass it on!

Verified that also on Flow Collector (6.10)
