fail to upload the update files in Stealthwatch SMC

Now, i hope to test that upgrade the stealtwatch to v7.1.1 from v7.0.0

i completed that applied the last patch in v7.0.0.

but when i upload the update file in the SMC, i had the fail

if you know for this reason, please help me

i solved this issue

it is due to storage size

when upload the file, smc must has at least 4 times the size of the software update file (SWU) free on the /lancope/var/ partition.

I am receiving this error as well on a 7.3.1 patch. I have checked the memory on the /lancope/var partition. I have more than 4* the update size available. How else might this error be caused.

If this issue still persists, please open a TAC case and check with the experts if there is any other problem.
You can also proactively SSH into your SMC (if already enabled) and cd to /lancope/var/logs and check the upgrade.log and messages file.
