Hi, I increased the flow collector virtual machine memory yesterday and when we restarted the virtual machine we got the message Flow collector stopped and there are no flows rates in the flow collector dashboard. I have an open case since yesterday but no answer, so maybe you guys can help me with that.

A memory change could lead to a change in the flow collector VE size , example from a FCVE1K to FCVE2K and your FC could be licenses for FCVE1K and the change put the FC in a non licensed state.

Regards
