    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an issue with endpoint Sx20,&amp;nbsp;When I connect my macbook to Sx20 &amp;nbsp;the conference &amp;nbsp;screen change to &amp;nbsp;green color but when I&lt;BR /&gt;connect another Laptop using windows OS the Screen works properly.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I don´t know if the problem is the CODEC or incompatibility with splitter or some device, I have dual screen&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since Windows based computers are working as expected, and the fact you're using a video splitter, try connecting Mac directly to the SX20. I'd also try and connect that the Mac to the splitter and from there go directly to one of the displays to verify if it might be the splitter. It sounds as if the splitter or possibly a bad cable is the cause.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
