Codec 3000 + CUCM 8.5 + 7975G

hello,

1. cannot register by add device manually while auto reg is ok

2. ip phone connecting to codec cannot display telepresence screen (codec cannot detect ip phone)

3. there is no WebEx config option on cts manager server (License ?)

Any tips will be appriciated

3. there is no WebEx config option on cts manager server , caused by CSCtj81002 Bug, but how can I get the script configPolicyParamUpdates.sh ?

Manually register will work if you have configured the correct device type, codec mac address and DN number for both codec and ipphone.

Make sure you have the right Phone Service applied to the ipphone for the xml interface and make sure the Authentication Server url on the ipphone is pointing to the codec.

What version of TP Man are you using?

Thanks for reply, manual register is caused by incorrect MAC, and phone displayed telepresense screen after register successfully.

issue remained is the CTS Manager CSCtj81002 Bug
