      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the data sheet (Cisco IP/VC 3540 Series Videoconfrencing System), I understand all that it is exposed, except the paragraph - Specifications for the Cisco IP/VC 3540 Series Rate Matching Module (Table 7) - that refers to the module Rate Matching Module.    &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Somebody could explain to me, even with examples, the exact meaning of the table 7?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards and thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
