    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you get to the web interface? My guess is it's not booting up fully - if you've tried a factory reset there's not much you can do, unless you still have support on it (if it's even available).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It might be replacement time.....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>EX90 not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried resetting the device, its boots up and shows Cisco logo, then the display went off, i can see power led white led ON&amp;nbsp; and touch panel volume lights. no image on display...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help me to&amp;nbsp; to fix this, or to find out the exact issue...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
