      <description>&lt;P&gt;On a new product, we are typically building that collateral over time. There is internal collateral of course, but it may not be a complete view or have a detailed explanation of what is happening as it is used for troubleshooting by TAC personnel that already have a great deal of knowledge on the product.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The only 2 places to get this type of collateral is Cisco.com and CiscoLive at the moment. You can redirect your questions to your sales team and they should be able to give you a fairly straight answer on specific questions.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I should also add there are some videos on youtube by the business unit TMEs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
