NDFC vPC Paring Problem

When we create vPC pairing in NDFC for Leaf switches, can we customize the vPC configuration?

I have an issue here, Leaf1 and Leaf2 have 3 physical connections, I want to use 2 of them in the vPC peer-link, and reserve the 3rd one as a layer3 interface & subinterfaces. But NDFC keeps creating links and police to add the 3rd interface into vPC peer-link automatically.
