This limit of 999 monitor labels has been in ICM since the beginning. There are some new metering-type monitor labels in ICM versions 4.6.2 and 5.0. Customers who upgrade old scripts that are near the limit may see problems even if there are no changes to the script.

We are looking to find out the maximum number of Script Nodes a call can

pass through on ICM. Ideally would like to know if there is a difference

between the limits per call and per Script basis.

I believe the value for maximum number nodes that can be executed is configurable as seen in hkey_local_machine\software\geotel\icr\\

routerX\router\currentversion\configuration\script\MaxNodesExecuted

We have ICM 4.6.2 version routers and found it was set to 200 but I am sure this could be set higher. But I am not sure how high and at what version it changes?
