    <description>&lt;P&gt;Problem happens in both win7 and win10. QuickTime installed. IE11 and Firefox both play msgs OK. Using Chrome, the following error appears:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;HTML5 audio compatible browser or QuickTime Plug-in not found.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;
