CUC Basic Auto Attendant

Hi,

I've configured the basic CUC Auto Attendant and it works as expected. We don't need all the bells and whistles of the full application, however I have one query.

If no user input is made by the caller the call is sent to VM, is there a way to configure the AA to send/transfer the call to another DN?

Currently

External caller > AA > ignores input options > VM Message Prompt

Desired

External caller > AA > ignores input options > transfer to Reception DN

Yes, change the after greeting action to whatever you want to happen.
