&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've configured the basic CUC Auto Attendant and it works as expected. We don't need all the bells and whistles of the full application, however I have one query.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If no user input is made by the caller the call is sent to VM, is there a way to configure the AA to send/transfer the call to another DN?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Currently&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;External caller &amp;gt; AA &amp;gt; ignores input options &amp;gt; VM Message Prompt&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Desired&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;External caller &amp;gt; AA &amp;gt; ignores input options &amp;gt; transfer to Reception DN&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;
