    <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't know the answer. &amp;nbsp;I am suspicious of a software issue since it seems to work fine for a week and then the issue happens. &amp;nbsp;If it was me I would start by upgrading the IOS to a gold star release such as&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;15.1.4M12a.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;i've been struggling with a cisco 2811 router and fxo lines which is very strange i think . every 1 week , 2 FXO ports of voice gateway become off-hook until i administratively shutdown and the no shutdown the ports . i dont know what is a exact problem ..the output of ports configuration and command&amp;nbsp; are shown below...also i attach the screenshot the problem .&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;voice-card 0&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;no local-bypass&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
