cisco presence 10.5 services still starting

i have a cluster cucm 10.5 (1 pub and 2 sub) and 2 Cisco presence server 10.5 (pub and sub)

for the purpose of installing new CUCM subscriber and because i forgot the security password i rested it on all server cucm

after rebooting the 2 Cisco presence server i faced problem with their service still not sarted !!!

my question : should i change the security password of the 2 presence servers as cucm cluster ??

Then I'd open a TAC and explain them exactly what you did, and see if they can help. You should have reviewed the command usage before doing the procedure to avoid this kind of problems.
