      <description>&lt;P style="padding-left: 30px;"&gt;Hello, i am relatively new to the cisco systems. &amp;nbsp;I have a user that on the cisco desktop agent forgot their password, where can i reset this? I am pretty sure they are inputting the wrong password but i do not see anywhere i can actually reset or change it. &amp;nbsp;I urgently need help with this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It depends. Is your CUCM integrated with Active Directory? If so, this will be the user's AD password and you can reset there. If not, you can reset in CUCM admin &amp;gt; user management &amp;gt; end user.&lt;/P&gt;
